I’d really like to know how on earth it’s Monday already? And June is almost here… what in the world? Is it just me, or is this year just FLYING by?!  Although my life seems like such a whirlwind, I’ve been having so much fun shooting engagement sessions and weddings!

Megan and Joe are the SWEETEST people! They are super laid back and so easy to work with. When they told us that they wanted to do their engagement in downtown Senoia, where Joe works it sounded like the PERFECT place for an engagement session, and it was! If you’re not familiar with Senoia, its a small town where the movies “Fried Green Tomatoes” and “Driving Miss Daisy” and so many more favorites were filmed.

I am so excited to have had the opportunity to work with these two and I am looking so forward to this November!!

Trey and Sarah are the sweetest! Brandon and I had such a blast with them. We laughed the entire time and took lots of pictures of them but I think their dog “Ruckus” maybe got more. Ha! I’m sure y’all know by now how much I love animals. The weather was perfect and we were blessed with a bright, sunny, spring day. Their happiness is evident in the way they interact with each other. They are constantly smiling and laughing which makes me so happy. Photographing them was truly a joy!

To have the opportunity to photograph Kevin + Kelsey’s wedding was such an honor. I have known Kelsey for quite some time and she is such a sweet, happy person. She always has a smile on her face and you can’t help but love her instantly! All of the events for their destination wedding took place in Montego Bay, Jamaica. It was SO perfect for these two and Brandon and I had SO much fun photographing their day! Kelsey and Kevin, we could not be happier for the two of you. Congratulations! You’re married! “Ya mon!”

Flynt + Dana tied the knot at the farm where Flynt grew up on in Conyers, GA. It was a beautiful place with a vintage rustic feel that fit their personal styles so well. They put a lot of thought, time and creativity to plan a beautiful wedding filled with many details and traditions that were special to them. The gorgeous flowers were from Conyers Flower Shop. Their wedding was such a joyful celebration and we couldn’t be happier for these two!

What a magical wedding in Savannah, GA. Brandon and I don’t know how it happens…but we always end up working with the most INCREDIBLE couples… and we are so thankful. Corey and Kelly, you two are the greatest example of why we LOVE doing what we do. Being with you on your wedding day was such a privilege!!! We are SO excited for you guys!!! Kelly, wore a gorgeous wedding dress that was also her mother and grandmother’s wedding dress. Corey, a pilot for the United States Army, was in full uniform. Honestly, they reminded us of Prince William and Kate Middleton. There were a lot of Southern traditions, and it was one of the most classy weddings that we have ever seen. The entire day was surrounded by gorgeous Southern large oak trees with Spanish moss, and azaleas in full bloom. The ceremony was at the historic Trinity United Methodist Church, and the reception was at the Savannah Yacht Club.

A sunny afternoon with Ben and Lana in Italy. I mean, North Georgia. We had such a fun time with these two at the fabulous Montaluce Winery.

Spring is almost here… and love is definitely in the air. It was the perfect afternoon to enjoy the warmer weather, wander around downtown Beaufort, and visit the old sheldon church ruins. Especially with my long time friend Judianna. She is one of my best friends in the entire world, and I have the distinct honor of both being her wedding photographer + bridesmaid. She and Chris were just too cute. When Judianna told me they would like to take pictures in Beaufort, where her family loves to visit, Brandon and I knew we were going to have fun! We can’t wait for their wedding in September! Thank you Judianna and Chris!

Here are a few pictures of our Valentines trip to Charleston. Touring historic Charleston was such a fun way to spend Valentines’ Day. This was our first time there, and even though it was cloudy and a bit rainy during our visit, we loved seeing the beautiful old oak trees covered with Spanish-moss, and enjoyed walking on the historic streets, shopping, and seeing all of the old, OLD, plantation homes.
